It's Monday! What are you reading? - nr. 21

I'm reading a little bit too much fantasy at the time, and I'm not sure it's good fantasy. I've decided to take a break from Percy Jackson and the vampires (maybe pick it up after Christmas), and perhaps read something else. Something that's got anyting to do with the real world. I will post at Sheila's as always!

Books I read last week:
- J.K. Rowling - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (audio)
- Rick Riordan - Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters
- Nicholas Sparks - A Walk to Remember
- Charlaine Harris - Dead to the World (4th book in the series)

Books I finished last week:
All of the above.

Books I read now:
- Nicholas Sparks - The Rescue

Books I plan to read:
I'm currently in a place where I really don't know. I'm waiting for the next Harry Potter-audiobook, I just ordered a bunch of Nicholas Sparks-books, and I still haven't read C.S. Lewis' The Voyage of Dawn Treader. Where I end up you will get to know if you read my next Mondayreading:)

XOXO

  1. I am planning on rereading all the HP book next year, and I think I really would like to add C.C Lewis to my reading list too as I have only read one of his Narnia series.

Hope you have a great week!

  2. Sometimes it's good to read some other genres. I try to mix mine, too. It's like eating cake: too much of the same gets sickly. :-)

Happy reading. I'm off to click on your Arto Paasilinna tag.

  4. Thank you all for comments!

Jan: If you are thinking about rereading Harry Potter, I want to advice you to check them out in audio, where Stephen Fry reads. It's amazing!

leeswammes: I saw your comment on Paasilinna. You're good. Just let me know if there is something you don't understand. Harry Potter, Percy Jackson AND the vampires is getting a bi too much for me, so fantasy is off until after Christmas!

Samita: Thank you, I like that you are inspired.

  5. I have not read one Harry Potter book, stop laughing!!!

Sometimes it's good to keep your reading options open, you never know what the mail or delivery guy will bring.
